August 28 – October 13 | An Invitational show
Gloucester is well known for both art and science. While local scientists search for ways to help ocean species be more resilient to survive the rapidly changing marine environment, artists, alert to the predicament, are creating art with urgent messages for stewardship and action. This exhibit will reflect on the shared history and processes of the two disciplines and show how art can transform the impact and implications of science into something concrete, visible, and engaging.
