Join Rockport Art Association & Museum and Juried Artist Member, Joe Smith for a scratchboard demonstration at the Emerson Inn. Joe will give an introduction to scratchboard materials and tools, discuss various techniques, and sow and discuss some completed scratchboard pieces.
